Returns

    • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
    • Items such as downloadable software, opened packaging for hygiene-related tech accessories (e.g., earbuds), and clearance items are non-returnable.

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Email us at support@shopeet.net with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
    • Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shopeet is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  2. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged gadgets. To request an exchange, email us at support@shopeet.net with your order number and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance and sale items.
